March 7, 2019 – Los Angeles’ leading fast casual Peruvian restaurant, PABLITO’s kitchen announced today the opening of its second PABLITO’s tacos at CIRCUS LIQUOR in North Hollywood (a place that has been featured in many films).
The new location will feature a Chile Relleno burrito where customers can also add any meat or veggies to the burrito. The burrito will also have a rocoto aioli to add another flavor profile and incorporate the Peruvian touch. PABLITO’s tacos was born from PABLITO’s kitchen, highest yelp rated Peruvian restaurant in LA.
What started as the first Peruvian food truck in Los Angeles in 2015, has quickly evolved to something much more exciting. The first PABLITO’s kitchen opened its first brick and mortar in 2016. The PABLITO’s brand is always evolving and that’s what gave birth to PABLITO’s tacos. Rodriguez partnered up with Chef Flor Ambriz to develop a new menu of TJ style tacos with a Peruvian touch known as PABLITO’S TACOS. The first one, opened on 12/20/18, was located at Burbank in the parking lot of PABLITO’s Kitchen. It became an immediate success with lines around the corner and an instant hit with Instagram, foodies, and yelpers. PABLITO’s tacos have its own flavors due to the Peruvian Influence in their marinades and sauces.
“We are super excited to open up our second location at Circus Liquor, a San Fernando Valley landmark. Our first location was a huge success, that’s why we decided to open this second location.
