PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ – Rebecca Ratliff was named Administrator of Prescott Valley’s newest senior living community, Ativo Senior Living of Prescott Valley, a community managed by Insight Senior Living. Located at 3951 N. Viewpoint Dr., the community will consist of cottages, as well as studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartment options in the independent and assisted living and private and shared apartments in the memory care.
Ratliff began her career as a CNA working in skilled settings, quickly realizing her passion was to help others at their most vulnerable time. She continued her education and obtained her license to become an LPN. As Rebecca explored opportunities as a nurse, and keeping with her passion to help others, her chosen path at the time was hospice. During that period, she became adept at care management, evaluations, and problem-solving. While seeing patients at an assisted living, she was asked to come on board as the community nurse and was soon promoted to the Executive Director position, and since that time she has worked as a Senior Executive Director, Regional Managing Director, and as a mentor.
Prior to opening this fall, Ratliff will oversee sales and operations during the pre-open phase, and once the community opens, all day-to-day operations and management of employees will fall under her purview.
